Pensions are paid monthly in arrears - direct to your bank or building society account. Payment is normally made on the last working day of each month to ensure that it is in your account on its due date of 1st of the month. If you are liable for tax the ITB Pension Funds will deduct this under the PAYE system.

Please advise us in writing of any change to your bank or building society details. We are unable to accept such changes via email or telephone.

Your pension and any spouse’s pension is payable for life and does not cease on remarriage.

Please note that we do not deduct any National Insurance Contributions from your pension payments.
