If you are on leave of absence for any reason other than family leave, such as illness or accident, by giving written notice to your Employer, you may elect for your own and your Employer’s contributions to continue, based on the salary you will receive during this period.

If you do not elect to do this, your contributions will cease after one month’s contributions and recommence when you return to work.
