If you die before you start to receive your pension the following benefits may be payable:

• a lump sum life assurance payment

plus

• a pension payable to your spouse

plus

• a pension payable to your child/children

In the document library you can find and print a Nomination Form that you can complete and return to the Funds’ Office. In the event of your death before retirement and a lump sum life assurance payment becoming payable the Trustees can use your completed Nomination Form to help them decide who should be the beneficiary(ies) of the lump sum.
