If in the process of Divorce you are issued a Pension Sharing Order, your ex-spouse/civil partner will receive a Pension Credit that equates to a proportion as described by the transfer value of your Scheme entitlement. This fund value will be transferred to a pension fund with a provider of your spouse’s choice. Your accumulated DC Account investments will be reduced for the amount of pension settlement.

If you believe pension sharing applies to you please bring the matter to the attention of the ITB Pension Funds’ Office who will advise of the appropriate scale of charges relating to the provision of certain information.
